We’ve made a few changes.

As a member-driven organization, it’s important that we present ourselves in a manner that both serves and represents our membership. And, while our old logo has served us well for many years, we recently updated it to better reflect the innovative, collaborative and cutting-edge nature of the work that HTAi and our members do.

This change is part of a larger initiative designed to consider the value we provide to our members and the way that we communicate. As your needs and the needs of our various stakeholders evolve, we need to keep pace. While this is a process of continuous improvement, there are a few things we’re doing today (or have done) that are helping us begin:

  • We’ve just updated this website – moving to technology and systems that ensure the website is usable and accessible regardless of the platform you’re using to access it.
  • We distributed a survey to members in May that will help us better understand their needs and expectations of us, and the ways that we can better serve the membership.

Many of you have taken part in these exercises and we are grateful for your time and dedication to HTAi.

The logo itself alludes to the global scope of our organization and carries a sense of movement – expressing our commitment to forward thinking ideas and growth. The clean lines and sans serif font convey a modern, professional organization tone while still being approachable. By placing the letters within the circle, we’re able to show our inclusive and collaborative nature, a place where new ideas are welcomed and encouraged. The logo’s simplicity was deliberate, designed to ensure that it is adaptable and long-lasting as we continue to grow and find new ways to serve our membership.

As we continue to lead the global HTA conversation together, we hope that these new tools speak to our values and serve us well as we move forward.
