HTAi invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible for-profit organizational members to fill three (3) vacancies on the Global Policy Forum (GPF). The Forum convenes leading
organizations that collaborate with HTA bodies worldwide and contribute to advancing methods, policy, and process development in health technology assessment. Organizations
operating in Europe, North America, or globally are particularly encouraged to apply.
Benefits of Global Policy Forum Membership
Global Policy Forum membership offers several advantages, including:
- Attendance by two senior representatives at GPF meetings, fostering relationship building in an informal setting with peers from various sectors involved in HTA.
- Small group and larger plenary discussions that you will be able to contribute widely to throughout the meeting.
- Direct formal and informal networking opportunities throughout the event.
- Engagement in structured discussions around HTA policy and decision-making, providing a unique “safe harbour” environment for open dialogue.
- Ability to comment on the production of the background paper; we will consider including an industry perspective section in the paper (subject to organizing committee approval).
- Possibility to be considered as a presenter of the industry perspective.
- Access to insights on HTA developments and the opportunity to contribute to forward-looking discussions on its implications.
- Opportunities to engage directly with HTAi Board Members to explore the Society’s future direction.
- Contribution to the post-meeting report/key messages that are disseminated to all policy forum members shortly after the event.
- Recognition of your organization’s strategic alignment with HTAi, in Society publications, reports, and on the HTAi website.
- Copy of all meeting papers and presentations that you will be able to share with your colleagues after the meeting.

For-profit organizations interested in joining the HTAi Global Policy Forum are required to hold both Forum membership and organizational membership in the Society. Forum membership is $32,000 USD, and organizational membership is $3,750 USD, bringing the total annual membership cost to $35,750 USD.
Participation Expectations
New members will attend the January 25-27, 2026, in Montreal, Canada.
EOI Submission Guidelines
EOIs should be no more than 4 pages (minimum font size 10pt) and include:
- Confirmation of HTAi organizational membership (if not already a current member, can be added to the agreement and included in the invoice).
- A brief organizational profile, with emphasis on HTA-related activities.
- Reasons for seeking GPF membership and expected contributions.
- Bios of participating individuals, highlighting relevant expertise.
- A statement of commitment to a minimum three-year GPF membership and the annual contribution.
