HTAi brings together people and organizations with diverse expertise, experiences, and perspectives from across the global HTA community. We want to create more opportunities to listen, connect, and work together on the issues that matter most to the field.
Whether you’re interested in hosting an HTAi Annual Meeting, contributing to a Policy Forum or Regional Meeting, sharing your expertise through a webinar or workshop, or developing a scientific initiative, there are many ways to collaborate with HTAi.
The first step is simple: Fill out our Registration of Interest form and tell us what you’re interested in.
Why Register Your Interest?
HTAi’s strength comes from the expertise and experience of its members and partners. By understanding where organizations see opportunities to contribute and collaborate, we can identify ways to connect expertise, strengthen engagement and build meaningful partnerships across the global HTA community.
The Registration of Interest process is designed to help identify those opportunities. It gives organizations a simple way to share what they’re interested in and explore what working with HTAi could look like.
You don’t need to have a fully developed proposal. Simply share your interests, ideas, expertise or potential areas for collaboration.
What Could Collaboration Look Like?
Collaboration can take many forms. You might have a specific idea, an area of expertise you would like to share, an opportunity in your region, or simply an interest in finding new ways to engage with HTAi.
The HTAi Annual Meeting
The HTAi Annual Meeting is the Society’s flagship event and the leading international forum for the exchange of HTA research, policy, and practice. Each year, the meeting brings together delegates from across the globe to share evidence, discuss emerging issues, strengthen professional networks, and advance the impact of HTA on health policy and decision-making. The Annual Meeting is delivered through a partnership between HTAi and a local host organization. The host organization serves as a strategic partner, helping connect HTAi with local and regional HTA communities, interest-holders, and decision-makers.
Collaboration might look like:
Exploring opportunities to host an Annual Meeting, support or sponsor the event, contribute local or regional expertise, or find other ways to engage your organization and HTA community.
HTAi Policy Forums
HTAi Policy Forums bring together senior leaders from government, industry, HTA agencies and patient communities for candid, off-the-record dialogue on the issues shaping the future of HTA. With Global, Asia and Latin America Forums, each offers a focused space to bring diverse perspectives together, challenge assumptions and explore practical approaches to shared policy challenges.
Collaboration might look like:
Hosting a Policy Forum in your region, contributing to an existing Forum, becoming a Policy Forum member, or exploring a new policy dialogue with HTAi.
HTAi Regional Meetings
HTAi Regional Meetings bring together HTA producers, users and other stakeholders to explore the issues shaping HTA in emerging markets. Each meeting focuses on locally relevant topics, creating opportunities to share knowledge, learn from regional experiences and connect with others working to advance HTA. Regional Meetings offer a chance to build your knowledge, exchange ideas and strengthen connections within the HTA community.
Collaboration might look like:
Hosting or co-developing a Regional Meeting or seminar, contributing local or regional expertise, or supporting an upcoming Regional Meeting.
HTAi Webinars and Workshops
HTAi webinars and workshops create opportunities for the global HTA community to learn, share expertise and engage with timely topics and emerging issues. These activities can bring together experts and participants from different regions and perspectives, whether through accessible online learning or more interactive sessions. Whether you’re new to HTA or an experienced professional, webinars and workshops offer a convenient way to expand your knowledge, hear from experts and stay connected to the conversations shaping the field.
Collaboration might look like:
Bringing your expertise to a webinar or workshop, co-developing a session with HTAi, or proposing a topic or format to explore together.
Scientific Initiatives
HTAi Scientific Initiatives bring the HTA community together to advance knowledge, build capacity and address important questions facing the field. Collaboration may take the form of working groups, research projects, publications, presentations, webinars, resources, capacity-building activities or other collaborative efforts that turn shared expertise into knowledge and practical tools for the HTA community.
Collaboration might look like:
Joining or developing a working group, research project, publication, webinar, resource, capacity-building activity, or other initiative with HTAi.
