HTAi invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible for-profit organizational members for a single vacancy on the Global Policy Forum (GPF). This Forum brings together organizations actively involved with HTA bodies worldwide and engaged in methods, policy, and process development within the HTA field. Organizations with operations in Europe, North America, or globally are particularly encouraged to apply.

Global Policy Forum membership offers several advantages, including:
- Attendance by two senior representatives at GPF meetings, fostering relationship-building in an informal setting with peers from various sectors involved in HTA.

For-profit organizations interested in joining the HTAi Global Policy Forum are required to hold both Forum membership and organizational membership in the Society. Forum membership is $32,000 USD, and organizational membership is $3,750 USD, bringing the total annual membership cost to $35,750 USD.
Participation Expectations
New members will attend the January 26–28, 2025 event in Cascais, Portugal.
EOI Submission Guidelines
EOIs should be no more than 4 pages (minimum font size 10pt) and include:
- Confirmation of HTAi organizational membership (if not already a current member, can be added to the agreement and included in the invoice)
- A brief organizational profile, with emphasis on HTA-related activities.
- Reasons for seeking GPF membership and expected contributions.
- Bios of participating individuals, highlighting relevant expertise.
- A statement of commitment to a minimum three-year GPF membership and the annual contribution.
