HTAi Webinar | Bridging HTA and Public Health: Launch of HTAi’s Awareness Video and Expert Discussion

The webinar is built around the launch of a new awareness video highlighting the vital role of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in public health.

The session will feature the premiere of the video, which tackles the concepts of HTA and public health and explores how these two areas intersect to improve health outcomes and inform decision-making. The launch of the video, realized by the HTAi Public Health Interest Group thanks to the funds granted with the second funding call of 2024, will be preceded by an opening speech on public health priorities and challenges and the potential role of HTA.

A panel of international experts from associations and societies dealing with public health will then discuss the position of HTA within public health systems and the importance of collaboration between these fields. Through this conversation, participants will gain insights into the impact of HTA on public health and why this integration is more relevant than ever today.
