Joining the HTAi Board of Directors is the perfect opportunity to support HTAi’s future and make an impact in the global HTA community. The HTAi Board of Directors and its Nominating Committee have opened nominations for members in good standing for the following esteemed positions on the Board: 

• One (1) Treasurer position, with a total commitment of three (3) years; we are specifically looking for candidates with financial experience.  
  • MBA or accounting designation would be an asset.  
• One (1) Secretary position, with a total commitment of three (3) years; we are specifically looking for candidates who are proficient in English, well-versed in meeting protocols, and experience with corporate minutes requirements. 

All nominees for Treasurer should review HTAi Bylaws 6.3 and 8.7. All nominees for Secretary should review HTAi Bylaws 6.3, 8.8, and 14.1. Essential skills and requirements for nomination submissions, and a link to the submission portal, can be found on the Board Elections page.   

Nominations close on February 22, 2024, at 23:59 MST (UTC-7).  

Please note: All 2023 memberships expired on December 31, 2023. Only members in good standing are eligible to run for election, nominate members, and vote. If you have not established your 2024 membership, renew your membership today to ensure you can participate.
