Deliberative processes in HTA are arguably the only way to represent all stakeholder considerations in a fair and transparent fashion. Despite this, there is limited research on deliberation and no accepted minimum standards for their conduct. The prospects, problems and policy proposals for deliberative processes in HTA will be presented and expanded upon in this session. Deliberative processes in HTA are arguably the only way to represent all stakeholder considerations in a fair and transparent fashion.
