Register to join us in Cartagena, Colombia, for the HTAi Latin America Regional Meeting !
HTAi is collaborating with the Instituto de Evaluación Tecnológica en Salud (IETS) to host a one-day Regional Meeting in Cartagena, Colombia on August 14, 2024.
The Latin America Regional Meeting is open to all stakeholders and will explore the topic “From Policy to Practice, HTA’s Role in Improving Health Systems.” Attendees can expect insights from internationally renowned HTA experts, as well as senior and regional leaders shaping Latin America’s HTA landscape.
Registration closes July 19!
Registration is open to all interested participants, regardless of HTAi membership status. However, we encourage you to register early— seats are limited and registration will close July 19, 2024.

Call for Expressions of Interest: PCIG Steering Committee, Coordinator
The HTAi Patient and Citizen Involvement Interest Group (PCIG) is currently accepting Expressions of Interest for several key positions on its Steering Committee, including Finance Secretary, HTA agency representative, and industry representative from the medical devices/diagnostics sector. Additionally, PCIG invites Expressions of Interest for an E-Bulletin Coordinator position within the group. These roles offer a unique opportunity to actively contribute to strengthen HTA with the systematic incorporation of patient and citizen perspectives.
Expressions of Interest are due by July 31, 2024.

HTAi at the WHO Novel Medicines Platform
HTAi Board Member HTAi Board Director Wim Goettsch represented HTAi at the WHO Novel Medicines Platform meeting in Copenhagen July 2-3, 2024. The occasion was the first in-person consensus-building meeting to discuss overall progress and technical proposals made by the Platform and its four working groups and agree on future development and implementation.
