◤ Review the HTAi Strategic Plan

HTAi Strategic Plan 2025 2027

HTAi’s draft 2025–2027 Strategic Plan is now available—and we invite you to review it ahead of upcoming consultation activities.

A Strategic Plan defines an organization’s purpose, priorities, and intended impact. For HTAi, this plan is more than a roadmap, it’s a tool to remain aligned with the evolving needs of the global HTA community. Reflecting today’s fast-changing health and policy landscape, this new plan moves to a shorter, two-year cycle to allow for greater agility, responsiveness, and stakeholder engagement.

The Plan outlines five strategic pillars: Scientific Exchange, People, Capacity Building, Advocacy, and Global, each supported by an operational approach focused on convening, listening, connecting, adapting, and supporting.

Over the next three months, HTAi will host a global consultation to gather feedback. Opportunities to participate will include:

  • A survey (open throughout the consultation period)
  • Regional webinars across six global regions
  • Engagement with key groups including the Legacy Advisory Council, Interest Group Chairs, and PFAC

Your input is essential. Follow the button below to read the draft Strategic Plan and prepare to take part in the consultation.

◤ HTAi Interest Group Steering Committee Name Update

The HTAi Interest Group Steering Committee has officially updated its name to the HTAi Interest Group Advisory Committee, a change that better reflects the group’s evolving role in guiding the strategic direction, coordination, and impact of HTAi Interest Groups.

This change also comes with a leadership update: Debjani Mueller, HTAi Vice President, has been appointed Chair of the Interest Group Advisory Committee. Her experience and insight will help strengthen connections across Interest Groups and support their contributions to HTAi’s mission.

The Advisory Committee will continue to play a key role in fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and ensuring Interest Groups remain aligned with the needs of our global HTA community.
