There’s still time: submit your topic for Closing the Gaps!
A new feature of the HTAi Annual Meeting program: Closing the Gaps—a participant-driven networking and discussion session designed to surface the questions, challenges, and ideas that matter most to you. Closing the Gaps is about creating space for the conversations that may not yet be on the program agenda, but are deeply relevant to our global HTA community. This new program feature is derived from the HTAi Scientific Development & Capacity Building Committee’s Gaps & Needs initiative, which aims to identify critical hot topics in HTA where further attention, development, or action is needed across the global community. Your input will directly shape that work.
Through this session, we’re asking:
- What’s keeping you up at night?
- What emerging challenges or big questions do you wish more people were talking about?
- What real-time issues do you want to explore with your peers?
We’re giving delegates a platform to voice those ideas and connect in smaller, focused discussions during the final day of the conference.
How It Works
- Submit a Topic: Share your idea via our simple survey tool. Include a short description and a few guiding questions.
- Vote and Share: All delegates can view submitted topics, upvote their favorites, and express interest in joining a session.
- Join a Braindate: The top 5–7 topics will become live, facilitator-led conversations during our Closing the Gaps networking session on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
- Connect and Reflect: Each discussion group will include a facilitator to help guide the dialogue and capture key insights—ensuring the conversation lives beyond the meeting itself.
Why This Matters
This new session creates space for timely, participant-led dialogue on the issues that matter most right now. It empowers attendees to shape the content of the meeting—not just absorb it—and encourages deeper, more meaningful connections among peers. As we capture the insights and outcomes from these discussions, we can carry the ideas forward to inform future HTAi programs, initiatives, and collaborations.
If you’re joining us in Buenos Aires, we want to hear from you!
