Overview

HTAi, in collaboration with IETS (lnstituto de Evaluacion Technologica en Salud), is hosting a Latin America (LATAM) Regional Meeting in Cartagena, Colombia, August 13 – 14, 2024. The LATAM Regional Meeting is open to all stakeholders and will explore the topic “From Policy to Practice, HTA’s Role in Improving Health Systems.” Attendees can expect insights from internationally renowned HTA experts, as well as senior and regional leaders shaping Latin America’s HTA landscape.

The LATAM Regional Meeting will directly follow the 2024 Latin America Policy Forum, a membership-only event, where senior experts from public and private organizations and patient representatives connect to discuss strategic healthcare decision-making. This year, the Latin America Policy Forum will examine the topic, “Navigating the Future: Horizon Scanning and Early Dialogue in HTA.” To provide insight into the exciting discussions and sessions planned for the meeting, a draft agenda is available below.

The HTAi LATAM Regional Meeting will take place August 13 – 14, 2024 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Cartagena, Colombia.
