HTAi Gaps & Needs Initiative

The HTAi Gaps & Needs Initiative has been developed within the Scientific Development and Capacity Building (SDCB) Committee and consists of a process able to proactively identify gaps in the field of HTA and offer the base to promote initiatives to satisfy the related needs. Gaps are defined as certain areas where stakeholders are perceiving that some elements are missing in terms of scientific knowledge, methods or tools.

In addition to that, the initiative aims to share and monitor those topics which are considered highly relevant for HTAi and contributes to the scientific development of HTA by producing various types of deliverables, like webinars, workshops, journal articles, and tools.
