HTAi is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the HTAi Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Regional Meeting, taking place September 24–25, 2025, in the vibrant city of Tunis, Tunisia.
This year’s Regional Meeting, hosted in collaboration with the National Authority for Evaluation and Accreditation in Health (INEAS), will convene HTA producers, users, policymakers, and researchers to explore regionally-relevant issues in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and foster collaboration across the MENA region.
Building HTA Capacity Where It Matters Most
HTAi’s Regional Meeting Series is a vital part of our commitment to mobilizing and strengthening the global HTA community, especially in regions with emerging HTA systems. In the MENA region, countries are increasingly recognizing the strategic value of HTA in achieving universal health coverage, improving health system efficiency, and supporting evidence-informed policy decisions. The MENA Regional Meeting will serve as a platform for regional knowledge exchange, addressing these advances while spotlighting the unique contexts, challenges, and priorities of MENA countries.
What to Expect
Participants can look forward to dynamic presentations featuring local and international HTA experts, interactive workshops designed to build technical and strategic HTA skills, and discussions that will explore HTA’s role in supporting equitable and sustainable healthcare systems. The event also offers valuable networking opportunities to foster connections among HTA stakeholders from across the region and beyond.
The event is open to all HTA stakeholders, including those involved in producing, using, teaching, or supporting HTA.
