The HTAi Scientific Development and Capacity Building (SDCB) Committee is now accepting Expressions of Interest for one (1) available position.
Members who wish to submit their expression of interest are asked to fill out this form and return it to the address on the form before April 24, 2024.
The SDCB Committee steers the scientific direction of the Society, providing guidance and developing HTA capacity worldwide. Among its main responsibilities, the Committee:

- Sets priorities and carries out the strategic direction for advancing scientific development and capacity building
- Participates in a peer review process of applications received by HTAi for endorsement
- Considers potential models for online materials, resources, and other capacity-building tools and toolkits
- Establishes potential collaborative partnerships along various projects undertaken by HTAi
- Conducts the evaluation of the applications for the HTAi Scholarship Program
- Conducts the evaluation for the Egon Jonsson Award and the Sigrid Droste Ethics Award
Term of this appointment: As per the Terms of Reference, i.e., three (3) years with a possibility of extension for another three (3) year term for a maximum of six (6) consecutive years of service.
